History
Catator AB was founded in 1990 by a group of doctoral students at the University of Lund and became quickly a high-tech company in the field of catalysis and customized catalytic process design. Our customers come from a wide variety fields: environmental chemistry, petroleum processing, process chemistry, pharmaceutical industries and energy producing companies. We work closely with each customer to achieve peak performance and system integration.
Staff & Competence
Catator’s staff consists of highly qualified personnel, most with doctoral degree. The people who lead our research hold doctorates in chemical engineering. Our lab team-members are well educated in chemistry, technology and mechanical engineering. All of us strive to combine technological competence with responsiveness to customer-needs and commitment to our mission.

Our Facilities
Catator is a high-technology company with a location and facilities that are well matched to our business. Located in the entrepreneurial, high-tech environment of the Ideon Science Park in southernmost Sweden, our company headquarters feature fully equipped research and testing labs, offices and conference facilities.
